I grew up in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and I have always been deeply passionate about the world’s cultural diversity. From an early age, I became involved with different associations and had the opportunity to travel to Benin, South Africa, Cambodia, and Uganda to support solidarity-based projects.

I studied international relations and human rights before working for several years with NGOs, supporting the operational management of humanitarian projects and advocacy for communities in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. These field experiences allowed me to develop a strong ethical foundation in intercultural relations, as well as key skills to understand global challenges. I have also worked with young people in Switzerland and abroad in educational and cultural projects, as I firmly believe that transmitting knowledge to younger generations and promoting intercultural openness shapes the future.

Between humanitarian missions, I felt a profound calling for Latin America, so I took several months to travel there to meet indigenous communities. Their ways of life profoundly inspired me and encouraged me to transform my relationship with the living world and to reconnect with nature, animals, and my own cultural roots in Switzerland.

Since I launched Voices of the World in 2022, I have been walking alongside indigenous communities to amplify their voices and wisdoms. As an ally, I am deeply committed to conveying their messages through ethical content creation, aiming to  inspire younger generations. Meeting Anaïs in 2025 infused the project with new energy, strengthening it as we joined forces to preserve ancestral cultures.

Skills: intercultural ethics, project management, advocacy, human rights

From my childhood, I have been guided by a profound attraction to myths, ancient wisdom, and original cultures. At the age of three, I memorised the legends of Ancient Greece and Egypt that my teacher read to me. These stories shaped my view of the world and nurtured a strong sensitivity to transmission. Later, my studies in international tourism led me to take an interest in ethical projects co-created with Indigenous communities. I developed a strong ability to adapt, intercultural sensitivity, and a desire to work closely with on-the-ground realities.

In 2020, I chose to listen to an inner calling: to document traditional cultures, ancestral medicines, and the relationship between peoples and the living world. In early 2023, I set off alone to Latin America with a camera and a clear intention: to meet those who keep alive ancestral healing knowledge. After a year in the field, I completed my first documentary dedicated to the Tiwanaku civilization. Blending archaeology and spirituality, this short film traces the millennia-old transmission of healing practices and dialogue with the living world. The film received a Special Mention at the RAM Festival 2025 - Italy - in the “Traditions and Cultures” category.

That same year, while writing my audiovisual project in direct partnership with Indigenous communities, I met Jessica during an online seminar. An unlikely exchange among hundreds of participants, yet an immediate certainty: our projects had the same name, the same intention, and the same vision: to support the transmission and valorisation of ancestral wisdom according to the communities’ own terms.

So, we then decided to join forces, uniting our strengths to create committed, authentic, and respectful works valuing indigenous cultures.

In Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, Irma is a fundamental pillar of our presence within the community of Molloco.

A woman with an immense heart, she opened the doors of her home and welcomed us as if we were part of her own family. Thanks to her, our work with the women and families of the community is rooted in a relationship of trust and respect.

On the ground, Irma coordinates meetings and interviews with the different families, facilitating spaces for dialogue, exchange, and transmission. She also organizes the fair-trade handicraft orders we carry out with the community, thereby contributing to the creation of a future center for the transmission of knowledge.

We are deeply grateful to walk alongside women like Irma, who embody strength, generosity, and the continuity of living traditions.
